Think outside the app with mobile email.
Interacting with your customers via your app or mobile site is great, but it’s far more likely that a customer will be experiencing your brand on their mobile device through an email. Make sure that all of your email campaigns are either optimized for mobile or responsive. Additionally, be sure that any link a customer may click on in a mobile email will lead to a mobile-optimized web page.
Make the Black Friday shopping experience easier.
More and more it seems that shoppers are abandoning the Black Friday mobs in favor of online shopping from the comfort of their home. Make it easy on your customers by letting them take advantage of Black Friday offers through mobile app or website purchases.
