Briteskies is proud to announce the recent addition of three (that’s right, count ‘em) three new members to our team. Because all three are equally talented and will help us to be better at designing and developing eCommerce websites, please help us welcome, in the order in which they joined us: Bob Baird, Michelle Kowalski and Mike Cesen.

Bob Baird, MBA, PMP – Project Manager

Bob, a project management professional with over 25 years of business and information technology leadership experience, will be managing Tactical projects for our largest client.

Over the course of his illustrious career, Bob has managed many large scale projects and has implemented wide ranging solutions in a variety of business environments. With a focus on project management, applications, infrastructure, warehousing, and reporting platforms, Bob has held key positions with some of the country’s most recognizable brands and has extensive experience matching technical solutions to business challenges. Bob joins us from his most recent position with the Jewish Federation of Cleveland as a Project Management Consultant and Interim Chief Information Officer.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on finance and real estate from Kent State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Michelle Kowalski – UI/UX Designer

Michelle, an incredibly talented designer, brings a world of visual expertise to Briteskies with extensive travels and colorful experiences. Michelle has worked on a number of advertising and user interface/user experience projects, including packaging which has been featured in some of the most successful retail campaigns.

Michelle joins us most recently from Landor Associates, where she held a position in both Cincinnati, Ohio and Hamburg, Germany. She earned a Bachelor of Design from the University of Cincinnati.

In her spare time, Michelle is an avid DIYer, bringing her affinity for design into every aspect of her life; as of late, she’s been working on rehabbing a dining room table and chair set. Like everything else she works on, it looks great.

Michael Cesen – Project Manager

Michael, an already well-experienced IT management professional, brings us an array of skills and knowledge from what he learned as a client relations manager and business analyst. Some of these strengths include the defining and documenting of functional requirements, reporting, resource and deployment management, as well as issue and risk mitigation.

Michael will prove to be an integral member of the Briteskies family working with our largest client, as he has clearly demonstrated an ability to lead in the digital marketing and eCommerce industry.

Michael joins us from his most recent position with Rosetta as a Senior Associate. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management (Management Information Systems) from Case Western Reserve University.

We’d love for you to get to know all of our team members, and perhaps become one yourself! Take a look at all of our open positions, and be sure to check out Briteskies’ Linkedin page, find us on twitter or leave a comment.
