Magento Commerce was just named a Leader in The Forrester Wave B2B Commerce Suites for Midsize Organizations, Q3 2017. Forrester is one of the most influential research and advisory firms in the world, and it is very exciting to see Magento recognized by them.

This report evaluates multiple different criteria for B2B commerce suite providers, and Magento received top marks in 14 categories, including:

  • Company vision
  • Customer service providers
  • Customizability
  • Scalability and caching

Micro-Moments Now with Think with Google

As always, Think with Google is providing some great insight into how mobile devices are affecting the buyer’s journey and how marketers can address these changes. One recent article, Micro-Moments Now: Why “Near Me” Intent is a “Near You” Opportunity, takes a look at how location is becoming an increasingly important aspect of mobile searches, but exact locations are included less in those searches. That means that marketers who have been used to getting specific requests from customers now need to infer and interpret those signals instead.
