Our leadership team leads by example, demonstrating the importance of self-care and setting boundaries! Our approach to remote work isn’t static. We regularly solicit feedback from our team to understand what’s working and where we can improve. Whether it’s through weekly 15fives and one-on-one discussions/check ins, every voice is heard and valued.
