As the Digital Marketing Lead, I partner with our eCommerce clients to boost their digital presence—helping them attract more visitors and turn that traffic into real results. My days kick off with a deep dive into the numbers: I review analytics for all our ongoing projects, checking everything from email open rates and click-throughs to social engagement, website performance on Google Analytics, and dashboards for paid search and ads. I’m always looking for the next opportunity to boost results.
Armed with fresh insights, I shift gears into problem-solving mode—mapping out updates, troubleshooting any hiccups, and brainstorming new ways to elevate our clients’ digital presence. Collaboration is at the heart of everything and I’m constantly syncing with our eCommerce Delivery Team, bouncing ideas around in status calls, and making sure we’re all moving toward the same goals.
Between client check-ins and team huddles, I carve out time to fuel my own curiosity —catching up on industry trends, exploring new marketing tools, and bringing those fresh ideas back to our clients and the Briteskies team. Every day is a blend of analysis, creativity, and teamwork, and that’s what keeps it exciting!

My career journey began in New York City, where I started in operations of a major B2B retail giant with billions in annual revenue. I rotated through Sales and Web Content before landing on the Web Space Marketing team—right at the heart of a company where over half of all sales came from eCommerce. It was a crash course in just how powerful and wide-reaching digital marketing can be, and it opened my eyes to the true potential for growth.
When I made the move to Cleveland, I discovered Briteskies. While we may be smaller in size, the opportunities to make a real impact are just as big. I love bringing my big-company experience to the table, helping our clients tap into smart marketing strategies that drive meaningful results.
What I love most about consulting is the constant opportunity to dive into a variety of companies and industries—it’s like getting a front-row seat to how different businesses operate and thrive.
I’ve always been fascinated by Business Operations, so discovering how each company handles everything from ERP systems and warehouses to customer databases, product launches, and strategic goals feels like an exciting puzzle I get to solve every day. It’s the perfect blend of learning and problem-solving that keeps me energized.
At Briteskies, we believe in practicing what we preach—so we treat our own company as our very first client. Before moving into a client-facing role, I spent five years on the Briteskies Marketing Team. I focused on transforming our LinkedIn and Twitter channels into vibrant hubs, steadily growing our followers and impressions each year until social media became one of our top lead generators.
I also designed and launched our quarterly newsletter program, tailoring content for each of our contact segments and achieving an impressive average open rate of 18.7%. These newsletters keep our clients and prospects in the loop on our latest services and success stories, helping us stay top-of-mind and build lasting relationships.
Beyond that, I also had the opportunity to drive content creation and SEO strategies to boost our search rankings, represented Briteskies at trade shows, and led virtual webinars that showcased our expertise and set us apart from the competition. All of these experiences have shaped my approach as a Client Advocate and Digital Marketing Lead, and I’m excited to help our clients achieve the same kind of growth and success that we’ve built here at Briteskies!
