Page Builder in Magento 2.3.5
Particular attention was paid to Page Builder for this release. The content creation tool now has a template feature, allowing merchants to save previously created content and layouts to use in the future. This allows you to create new pages without building everything from scratch, saving time and ensuring consistency around the look and feel of all pages of your site.
Page Builder templates save both content and layouts of existing pages, blocks, dynamic blocks, product attributes, and category descriptions. For example, you can save an existing Page Builder CMS page as a template and then apply that template (with all its content and layouts) to quickly create new CMS pages for your site.
Magento 2.3.5 also introduces video backgrounds for Page Builder. With this release, Page Builder rows, banners, and sliders now have the option to use videos for their backgrounds.

Adobe Sensei in Magento 2.3.5
The latest version of Magento Commerce features Adobe Sensei, which has been integrated with the Magento product recommendations feature, to automate how brands can deliver more relevant experiences to every shopper across their storefronts. This feature is free and included with the Magento update.

dotdigital in Magento 2.3.5
Improvements to dotdigital chat in Magento Commerce 2.3.5 include live chat and one free agent for commerce customers. This release also includes an integration of Engagement cloud and Magento B2B, and improved importer performance.
Security Enhancements in Magento 2.3.5
One thing to note where security is concerned is that merchants can now install time-sensitive security fixes through a security-only patch, as opposed to installing a full quarterly release. Patch 2.3.4.1 is a security-only patch that provides fixes for vulnerabilities that were identified in the Magento 2.3.5 quarterly release. Security-only patches include only security bug fixes, not the additional security enhancements that are included in the full patch.
Magento Commerce 2.3.5 includes over 25 security enhancements that help close remote code execution and cross-site scripting vulnerabilities, as well as over 25 security fixes and platform security improvements in core code, including:
- Implementation of Content Security Policy (CSP)
- Removal of session id from URLs
