We worked with a client who, like many organizations, was running multiple EDI processes to communicate with customers and vendors. Running a Business Process Review

When a new customer approaches us to work on a project, our team typically needs to take a deep dive into the organization’s functional business process in order to provide the best possible solution. In a recent situation, we had a customer who was looking to implement a new warehouse management system (WMS) and integrate it with their existing ERP. Because they were a new customer to us, we suggested completing an on-site Business Process Review to get to know the project team and better understand their current systems and processes.
