Sam grew up in Newcomerstown, Ohio, and attended Kent State University. After colleg

e, he moved around the Cleveland/Akron area working on various projects as a Magento developer. Sam’s favorite part of being a Magento developer is, “the ubiquity of the platform. It's great to be able to easily jump in and help out with tons of projects since they all share a common foundation.” Sam enjoys being a part of the Briteskies team because of the awesome people and being able to “geek-out” on the latest tech and programming tricks.

Outside of work Sam enjoys riding his skateboard around the park; he even rides it to work sometimes! If he had to eat one food for the rest of his life it would be ahi tuna sashimi because it “always hits the spot.”
